How long does it take for Prints to arrive once they are shipped?

Shipping duration runs about 3 to 5 business days in the US, and varies depending on the country when sent internationally. International shipping can take 10 to 15 business days.

How are Refunds and Exchanges handled?

It is my priority to provide you, the customer, with a satisfying shopping experience and a high quality product. If for some reason you are not completely satisfied with the final print that you receive, please contact me within 7 days of receipt and I will be happy to offer an exchange for an item of the same value, on the condition that you return the item(s) in the same condition they were sent in and pay the return shipping costs.

Because the prints are made expressly for you, I can’t accept returns or offer refunds.

Please note that custom orders are not refundable.

How do you handle lost or damaged goods?

Please allow up to four weeks for lost items to be delivered. If after four weeks the item has not been delivered, I will make arrangements to send a replacement to you. If any item arrives damaged, simply return the item to me in the condition it was received and I will arrange for a replacement at no cost to you.

What is a Patent Print?

A patent print is a high quality print of a Patent Drawing filed with the Patent Office. These drawings are carefully selected from millions of patent drawings, digitally restored, assembled into a piece of art and printed on high quality photographic paper.

What makes these Patent Prints different?

After selecting the patent, often, various sections of the patent document are assembled into one beautiful print. Imperfections and flaws in the original document are removed and extensive digital restoration is done while maintaining the integrity of the original patent. This will make the print crisp and clear. I don’t use regular printers and paper to print this art. Instead, I use a high end lab and the prints are made on professional photo printers using high quality a archival inks and acid-free archival Lustre paper. Lustre is a premium finish on a heavier paper. It offers the vibrant colors of glossy with the fingerprint-resistant finish of matte. This avoids glare on the print.

What types of payments do you accept?

I accept PayPal and can accept all major credit cards via PayPal. Orders will not be processed until full payment is confirmed.

How long does it take for prints to be shipped?

The print(s) you order are made to order. When you order print(s) from me, I have them printed by a professional photo lab. The lab will then ship the print(s) directly to you. Keeping this process in mind, prints typically ship to you within 5 business days.

How are Prints packed and shipped?

Prints are packaged to avoid any damage in transit. Usually prints will be flat-packed (not rolled) and shipped in a rigid box with material to protect the finished print. Some larger prints will be shipped in a rigid mailing tube with material to protect the finished print.

I use various services like the USPS, FedEx, UPS etc. to ship the prints. For shipments in the US I am generally able to provide a tracking number.

What sizes do the prints come in?

My work is available for purchase in a variety of print sizes and finishes but if you have a special print size and/or finish need please do not hesitate to ask. You can select the size you want when adding the print to the cart.

Are these prints framed?

Unless otherwise specifically indicated, all prints are un-matted and unframed.
