How are Refunds and Exchanges handled?

It is my priority to provide you, the customer, with a satisfying shopping experience and a high quality product. If for some reason you are not completely satisfied with the quality of the final item that you receive, please contact me within 3 days of receipt and I will be happy to offer an exchange for an item of the same value, on the condition that you return the item(s) in the same condition they were sent in and pay the return shipping costs. Items like prints and t-shirts can’t be exchanged for different sizes or colors. I might charge a shipping fee for certain print sizes when sending a new replacement print.

Because the prints, t-shirt and mugs are made expressly for you, I can’t accept returns or offer refunds.

Furthermore, once you have been notified that your order is being printed I can’t cancel your order.

Custom orders are not refundable.
